Oil from tappet cover and oil around throttle body

Hi all i know this engine does not have a pcv valve but i am thinking that something to do with crank case ventilation is at play here.

Should i clean rocker cover? Should i replace the little rectangle valve thing on inlet manifold if so what is the part number?
Then chane gasket of valve cover.

Any help would be great ( 2006 astra convertable 2.2L)

I think the little rectangle thing is the pcv valve.
I don't know if you can buy it by itself . You would probably have to buy an rocker cover gasket kit.
