Returns
We will happily replace any item that arrives faulty or defective. You must notify us of this fact within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
Any refund requested will be made by the original payment method and is subject to us receiving the faulty item.
Items must be faulty or defective to qualify for a refund. We cannot refund for any other reason.
Postage
We aim to despatch all orders within 5 to 7 working days of receipt of payment. If for any reason we cannot fulfill this, you will be notified via e-mail.
All parcels are sent via City Link next day, and insured to the value of the products.
15.03.2012 Unfortunately, the courier has increased their prices, so we've had to adjust our shipping prices accordingly.
Postage outside of the UK will incure an additional shipping fee. This will be automatically calculated during the checkout process, depending on weight and destination.
Unfortunately, we are no longer offering postage to Spain, as none of the items we send seem to ever arrive.
Postage to the EU and the rest of the world is also done via Courier (usuall DHL for Europe). Due to the weight of the Timing Chain kits, shipping of these is £52.80 with tracking and insurance to the EU, and £62 for the rest of the World. Extra postage will be incurred if purchasing the Balance Chain kit at the same time, due to the increase in weight.
