the old stainless bush's from the front wishbone came in handy for spacers there about 25mm
bolts were made from m8 all thread with nuts welded on the end

had a bout of rain so had to stop for awhile will get the pipes for the duel pass done then fit the alternator

duel pass mod was real tight i bought a right angle fitting but it was huge even with cutting it down so got a straight connector and cut it right back the pipe sits flat ish on the oil filter housing

just took the charger apart one more time but this time i wedged some feeler gages between the rotors then refitted one of the gears i removed
the rotors are not catching any more and it spins up fine only issue i could see were the main seal are passing oil maybe the cause for the bearings being shagged

when you back at work and do you need it for then or are you nicking your mums vec lol
well the ecu will be back before the weekend so once i get the air filter and a belt i can run it
im back at work next monday
if the time runs over i will use the vec :)
my problem is i can't decide on the ecu location lol
need to buy a new 60ah battery going to jump on the bay now and get some parts for the weekend :)

You could mount the ecu to the side of the relay box?

thats one of the locations i was thinking or bolted to the side of the engine where the egr would be there is a few more bolts in that location to make a support to
the relay box only has one bolt

im going to put it at the side of the battery tray like the z20let
ordered the extra bits for the build from cs
2bar map sensor
idler pulley
trying to source the belt locally one shop has a 1540 going to wait for it to cool down outside then go finish up the wiring
